You have 3 days money back from the day the laptop reaches you. If you change your mind, we return the full amount you paid for the laptop — no deduction, no restocking fee. Teen din ke andar paise poore wapas.
Conditions
- The laptop comes back complete — charger, box and anything else that came with it.
- It is in the same condition as when it left us. No new scratches, no cracked screen, no liquid damage, no missing keys.
- You tell us within 3 days of receiving it. After the third day the money-back window closes.
After the 3 days
Once the money-back window has passed, the laptop is not taken back for a change of mind. What you still have is the 15-day replacement warranty, which covers a fault rather than a change of mind. The exclusions on the Warranty Policy page apply.
How to start a return
Message 0342 5588878 on WhatsApp within 3 days with your order number and say you want to return it. We arrange collection or you can drop it at any of our three shops. The refund goes back to the account you paid from.
