Kitne din ki warranty hai?
15 days replacement warranty on every laptop we sell. If the unit develops a fault within 15 days of delivery, we replace it.
Paise wapas mil sakte hain?
Yes. 3 days money back from the day you receive the laptop — the full amount, with no deduction. The laptop must come back complete and in the condition it left in.
Warranty mein kya cover nahi hai?
Burn damage, a dead unit, and anything caused by use or by accident: a dropped laptop, a cracked or pressure-marked screen, liquid damage, and keyboard damage. The screen is switched on, shown and tested in front of you at handover, so its condition is agreed before you take the machine.
Delivery charges kitne hain?
Rs 500 for a standard laptop anywhere in Pakistan, Rs 1,000 for a 15.6-inch laptop, and Rs 2,000 for a gaming laptop.
Cash on delivery available hai?
No. Payment is in full advance — bank transfer, or cash at any of our three shops. We do not offer cash on delivery, which keeps our prices lower than shops that do.
Laptop check kar sakta hoon kharidne se pehle?
At the shop, yes — bring a USB drive and test it in front of us. For a delivery, message us on WhatsApp first and we will send photos and the full specification of the exact unit we are sending.
