Every used laptop we sell is graded before it reaches the shelf. “A+ Grade Imported” is not a marketing phrase here — it is a checklist, and a laptop only carries the label once it has passed all of it.
What we check on every unit
- Body and screen have no major marks. Light usage marks are normal on imported stock and we will point them out. Cracks, dents and screen damage do not pass.
- Screen tested — no dead pixels, no lines. The display is run and inspected before the laptop goes on sale.
- Keyboard, trackpad, ports and camera all tested. Every key, both click buttons, every USB and HDMI port, and the webcam.
- Original charger included. The OEM charger for that model, not a generic replacement.
Battery
Minimum 2 hours of backup on normal use — browsing, office work, documents. Heavy use such as gaming or video editing will drain faster, that is true of any laptop. If a unit does not give you 2 hours on normal use, it comes back under the 15-day replacement.

Check it yourself before you pay
The best check is your own. Walk into any of our three shops — Rawalpindi, Blue Area Islamabad, or Wah Cantt — and we will open the laptop in front of you, run it, and hand it over only when you are satisfied. You pay at the counter, not online.
What is covered, and what is not
- 15-day replacement warranty on hardware faults.
- 3-day money back — full refund, no deduction.
- Not covered: burn damage, drops, liquid damage, a cracked screen, or keyboard damage caused after handover. The laptop is shown and checked at the counter before it leaves us.
